SWEDISH MASSAGE

REMEDIAL & SPORTS MASSAGE

Remedial & Sports Massage is a way to help solve a specific  Our experienced Sports Therapist will use a combination of deep tissue massage and stretching techniques to help improve circulation, reduce muscular tension and pain, and promote relaxation. This service can help athletes to improve their range of motion and flexibility, allowing them to perform at their best.

DRY NEEDLING

Dry Needling is a great treatment for reducing muscular pain and discomfort. Dry Needling is a technique that uses thin needles to stimulate and release tight muscles, helping to reduce pain, improve range of motion, and improve performance. It is a safe and effective treatment for muscular pain and can be used to reduce recovery time and improve overall athletic performance.

JOINT MOBILISATION

Joint Mobilisation is a specialised service provided by Sports Therapists to help improve joint range of motion. It involves specific manual techniques to help reduce pain and stiffness in joints, as well as reducing joint restrictions. This treatment can help improve your overall sports performance and reduce the risk of injury.

KINESIOLOGY

Kinesiology Taping is a therapeutic technique used to help alleviate pain and improve movement. It is used to support and stabilize muscles and joints, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation and lymphatic drainage. PROPRIOCEPTIVE NEUROMUSCULAR FACILITATION

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) is a manual therapy technique used by our Sports Therapists to help reduce pain and improve range of motion, strength, and coordination. PNF focuses on stimulating the neural pathways between muscles and the brain, resulting in improved muscle performance and flexibility. Our Sports Therapists are highly trained in this technique, helping you achieve your sports goals faster and more effectively.
